Positive: The property was as expected very beautiful. It was clean and had all the amenities and more. Loved the indoor spa which was a plus. King Size and Queen Size bed were comfortable as per my son and my daughter's confirmations. The grounds were nice, had a nice spot for the fire pit and chairs.

Negative: The code did not work so we lost a good 15 min to get the door open by administration. There was a constant lack of communication when we called on the French line. There were a few items broken in the property which I took pictures and sent to the property not to be billed, suchas Stove top, TV furniture. They mention 1 room with 2 double beds (wrong they were single outdated spring mattresses very uncomfortable). I slept in the Twin beds. I did not sleep well. I got bed soars. The mattresses are outdated coil spring. It sunk down and was very uncomfortable. My stay was not relaxing due to the bed situation. There should Have been a 2nd Queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom, instead of twin beds. The price we paid for such a big chalet, at 61 years of age, with a family gathering, I expected all the beds to be at least memory foam quality. they were squeeky as well. I advised the property they needed to be changed. There was missing outdoor lighting at night the small road leading to the parking as well as part of the parking was completly dark. It was dangerous for injuries around he property. We went for a family gathering Thankgiving weekend. It gets dark at 6PM so it was hard to find our way from the parking to unpack.
