Summary: 3rd time staying at The Rundlestone. Good Price, comfortable. But as we have noticed in the past the Front Desk staff are the most disinterested Hospitality people we have come across. This morning at check out the gentleman was down right rude. He was talking to another staff member and did not acknowledge us at first but then looked up at us and said" Yeah" We said we were checking out, emailed us our invoice and basically that was it. No inquiring about our stay etc. Having said that the rest of the staff, maintenance and housekeeping, are quite friendly. There are a lot of other choices in Banff, great price, amenities and service.This is the last time we will stay at the rundlestone.
