Rockys house was Fully Renovated summer 2016 this is one of our 2 newest waterfront vacation home in North Rustico with 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom, house is perfect for 2 couples, one bedroom on the main floor and second bedroom with an ensuite bathroom upstairs. Amazing views of the harbor, short walk to resturants grocery store, fish market, novelty shops and local summer entertainment. High speed internet, A/C, laundry, dishwasher, BBQ and note that rentals are weekly Sunday to Sunday.

Summary: Property was basic but very clean and well located. TV set up was really unusable and complicated. Should have something more user friendly. Even staff couldn't get it functioning. Otherwise, the house was well equipped. Good location for touring the Island. Ate lobster every day at local restaurants or purchased at local sea-food store. Stuff friendly and very helpful.
