Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retro retreat. located 5 minutes away from balsam harbor, this little cottage is equipped with everything you could need for a family getaway. Enjoy a nice BBQ outdoors, a walk to the nearby park, or gather around the campfire for some roasted marshmallows. A-frame cottage, with bedrooms on the second floor. Main floor houses the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and attached sunroom. Fair sized yard, easily defined by surrounding foliage. deep driveway, capable of fitting 3 cars front to back.
Guest access
All items on site are for use; this includes wood, brush, and propane. Should the BBQ propane run dry, there will be a backup on site, however we ask that we be informed so we can stock up.
