Positive: They had free breakfast. There was parking. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Negative: A lot of hotels in Syracuse want to clean your room every other day and they never came on day two to even refresh our room even though I requested it specifically when we checked in. In fact, I was asked if we wanted it and I said yes. That was frustrating cause we could use some fresh towels and the straightening up as you get with most hotels was not done. Additionally, our room happened to be facing the Irish bar across the street so you could hear belligerently drunk people being super loud between the hours of midnight and like 2 AM so we were woken up every single night. Next time we’ll make sure to get a room on the other side of the building.
