Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Great location for tourists, grocery store is just next door, walk down the street 10 min to the sea shore, walking distance to train station, very straightforward. The residence is not crowded during summer, students are away, no competition for the shared bathroom. Water pressure in the shower is excellent. No limit on shower time, can rinse underwears in the shower, nobody cares. Cloth hangers 10 for $2.5 sold at local Dollarama. Thermostat is working. Weather may get cold at night. Can turn up the thermostat to 24 degrees C. Windows are fensed, no mosquito. Windows can be opened to let fresh air in. The room also has a vent. Yes, the room is very small, but it's great compared to many shitty hotels or mortels I've been to. Security guard is at the front desk 24/7. Locked aceess at entrance to rooms, you will be given a fob and room key. There is a drinking water station, though a bit hard to find.

Negative: All genders share the same bathroom. Bathroom a bit tiny.
