Super deluxe oversized 1 bedroom suite with a premium king sized bed as well as a pullout couch, a bright full bathroom and a private entry. The premium kitchen has stainless appliances (full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove) and a full laundry. It also has a big screen TV & sound bar with cable and private guest fiber wifi.
It's located along the Mission Creek Greenway. This private gem is literally a 7 minute drive to all the popular areas of town or the beach!
This is your little place of heaven. It's an amazing retreat. This is where memories are made. This home is not only a Smart Home it is completely new. You can set the temp to a perfect setting and it adjusts based on when you're home. You can also dim the whole house with a button, create a dim path late at night, or hit "relax" to enjoy a relaxing ambiance. At the end of the dat, press "good night" and everything slowly turns off.
