✅ However, specific daytime events with up to 12 guests may be considered by prior approval only. Please contact the host in advance to discuss details.
🚫No drugs, no smoking (within 10m distance of the property), no drinking inside the property. (Due the shared guests and tenants)
🚫No pets.

This is a 3-bedroom Main Level home, best suited for up to 2 guests. If you're booking for more than 2 guests, please contact us. One child can be accommodated in the Queen bed in the room if you are comfortable.
One guest can sleep on the couch in the living room.
An additional guest may sleep on the second couch if needed.
Please review the photos carefully to see sleeping arrangements and ensure it meets your group’s needs before booking for more than 4 guests. Since Vrbo has no option to choose a Sofa/coach it is selected as Sofa bed, but, we have only sofa. Please carefully watch the photos.
📌 Note: The room features one queen bed and comfortably accommodates 2 guests. The house can accommodate 2 additional guests, making it ideal for a total of 2 guests. For groups of more than 2, the living room sofas may be used to accommodate up to 2 additional guests, subject to your comfort and preference.
Be mindful with the basement/other tenants and guest.

Please treat the home with care as if it were your own.
Wash any dishes or place them in the dishwasher before checkout.
Dispose of garbage in the designated outside bins. Replace the garbage bags.
Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them.

Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the house.
Please make sure to secure the garden access door using both the wooden and metal stoppers.
Do not share entry codes or keys with anyone outside your reservation.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience.
We provide reused and washed towel(s) and a body wash and shampoo in each washroom.
Please use electronics and appliances responsibly.
Lights must be turned off when not in use or when leaving the Property. The thermostat settings must not be changed without the Landlord’s approval, as temperature settings are maintained at suitable levels for all guests and tenants.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety devices.
Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property.

Checkout Instruction:
If you have any wet towels please leave them in the laundry bag.
Remove all the garbage's and trash out in the bins outside
If you have any recycling bottles you may leave them on the kitchen counter.
Please switch all the lights, and run the exhaust fans about 20 minutes after your last use then turn them off before you leave.
Based on your group size you may need to consider suitable lead time for the check out and please reset all the items to the original location and condition.
