Guests who need to smoke may do so outdoors at a safe distance from the home, ensuring all doors and windows remain closed. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in outdoor bins or ashtrays provided. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or remediation fees.
2) PROPERTY CARE: All linens, towels, bedding, and household items must remain on the property. Missing or damaged items may result in additional charges.
3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
4) OCCUPANCY & VISITORS: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Groups exceeding 1 person total on the property at any time must be approved in writing prior to arrival. The number of guests must not exceed the home’s sleeping capacity. Sleeping on sofas, floors, or using additional bedding is not permitted.
5) PETS: One (1) pet is permitted per stay with prior approval. A pet fee applies and will be charged per stay. Pets must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and not left unattended for extended periods. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about pet suitability.
6) EV CHARGING: On-site charging of electric vehicles is not available. Fast-charging stations are located nearby.
7) CLEANING: A one-time cleaning fee covers a move-out turnover cleaning after checkout. Additional cleaning required due to excessive mess or damage may result in extra charges.
