Summary: This property exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely perfect. It is a 20 minute walk from major areas of Montreal and close to a subway, great food spots, night life, etc. The place is well stocked and extremely clean. The kitchen had cup, utensils, plates, various bowls, and other kitchen tools—we never felt like something was missing in there. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The space was well decorated and the bathroom had strong water pressure in the shower, water heats up fast, had lots of shelving space for 2 people, plus plenty of towels and face cloths. The couch was comfy and easy to lay flat, tv was accessible and sat right under the ac which made coming home and resting an even better experience. Sam as a host was open, communicated clearly and fast. The stay was made easy by succinct instructions and no pestering. I was an easy check in and out process. Absolutely a great spot, if I return to Montreal I would gladly book this space again!
