Bedrooms are one queen, two twins, and an upstairs bedroom with three twin beds and an attached full bathroom. Amenities include basic cable, internet, Netflix, laundry, dishwasher, gas fireplace, grill, dock, canoe, and two kayaks. Sandy association beach is just a few houses away with gradual entry to water – great for swimming with kids. Also has a private boat launch.
Short distance to downtown Bridgton for indoor theater complex, drive-in, restaurants, and shops. Nearby trails for hiking, snowmobiling and skiing. Family-friendly ski area, Shawnee Peak, is only 10 minutes away. 45 minutes to North Conway for outlet shopping, 45 minutes to Sunday River. Golf course and tennis courts nearby. Great spot for viewing fall foliage, and close to Fryeburg Fair in October.
