We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols, check out is 10am to allow for extra cleaning time.

The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house respectfully tidy while taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left in a respectful manner. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules. During this time we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request.
Although the property is in a rural area, please be mindful of our neighbours during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.
We host visitors from around the world. We do not cater to any party groups whatsoever. This is a tranquil and quite area, and we wish to host guests who are low key and respectful of our house rules and neighbours. If you are looking to party then sadly we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay.
