Beacon Hill Park greets you as you walk out the beautiful lobby doors on your short stroll to the ocean walkway along Dallas Road or for an adventure into the downtown. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, almost 1100 square feet of living area, and a patio with a spectacular view. A gorgeous kitchen with all the essentials is ready for you to cook up your favorites, or you can order from any of the trendy restaurants nearby. Iconic hub of James Bay is a short two blocks away which has many services plus restaurants, groceries at Thrifty Foods, landmark restaurants and boutique shopping.
There is underground parking included in the rental fee, as well as a shared heated indoor swimming pool, a library, rooftop viewing room with pool table and workout equipment a one-of-a-kind Polynesian room with TV and wet bar, as well as a garden and barbeque area for your use. There is also a guest suite you can book if you have extra visitors at $45/night. Within a 10-minute walking radius are all the downtown attractions, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Right across the street, you enter the historic Beacon Hill Park with giant Sequoi trees, wandering deer, flower gardens, water features, peacocks, and Canada's tallest totem pole. Just a 5-minute walk down the street, and you will be at the sea wall where you can wander down the beach to the breakwater and cruise ship terminal.
Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed overlooking the Juan de Fuca Straight and the Olympic mountains. You will only need to bring your personal items to this lovely unit. The shared laundry room has commercial-sized washers and dryers at only $1.00 per wash and dry, the kitchen has some pantry items like coffee, tea, and spices, and the bathroom has some complimentary hand soap, and shampoo to get you started.
It is a quiet building with retired residents, so teenagers are welcome over the age of 18+ and reservations are minimum 30 days and maximum 6 month stay.

For every 30 or more days of rental, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. It will be a 5-hour clean costs $200 per clean and will repeat every 30 days. It will consist of a full linen change, bathroom, kitchen, floors, and dusting. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, this can also be arranged based on your needs.

Once you confirm your reservation it is still refundable less a $150 administrative fee up until you are within 30 days of travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are making your reservation within 30 days of travel, please be certain before you book it will be immediately nonrefundable.
