Blue Horizon is a beautiful custom cottage located in Anglo Rustico with views of the north shore ocean and within walking distance of the gorgeous Barachois Beach. The thoughtful coastal interior and beachy colors throughout are a perfect cozy setting for your PEI vacation.
The open-concept, air-conditioned, main space shares the living, dining, kitchen, and entry areas - all with ocean views. The rooms are sunny and bright with several soaring windows. The spacious kitchen has a large island and plenty of storage/counter space to create your favorite vacation meals. The dining alcove, just off the kitchen, offers beautiful views and a table for 8.
The living room is inviting with ocean views, comfortable furniture, a TV, propane fireplace, and access to both the front and back decks - allowing guests to follow the sun or shade as they choose.
Beyond the living room are 3 sizable bedrooms, two baths, and stairs to the outlook loft. The master bedroom has a king bed and full en-suite (shower, sink & toilet). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a window seat looking out to the ocean. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep the rooms cooler at night. The main bathroom, just outside the bedrooms, has a full tub/shower, sink and toilet.
Between the living room and bedroom wing, the stairs take you to the airy loft space with sweeping views of the ocean. The outlook loft provides a second living space with TV (Netflix) and a sofa bed to sleep up to 2 children. It's a wonderful quiet space to enjoy the views, a reading nook or a private kid space.
Located close to the ocean-side village of North Rustico and very close to the beautiful Barachois Beach, Blue Horizon is centrally located with lots to see & do on your next PEI vacation. You have a couple of choices when getting to the beach, it's about a 12-15 minute walk to the beach - or if you are loading up the kids (and all that comes with them), it is likely easier to pack up your vehicle and park down by the shore stairs. Public parking is available along the road.
