Summary: If you're expecting a hotel, this is more like a home-sharing situation but don't worry you'll get your own room. It was clean and if you needed a place to hang your hat for a night in New Westminster then this is fine. Outside my window there must have been a very brightly lit sign that was on the whole night so, though there were curtains the light wasn't quite blacked-out. Free parking was nice.
