Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were outstanding professional, genuinely friendly, and always willing to help. The resort is beautiful and modern. The customer service was truly one of the highlights of our stay.

Negative: Unfortunately, during the nights of our stay I woke up with multiple unexplained bites on my ankles and lower legs. I cannot say with certainty what caused them, but they occurred overnight while sleeping in the room and caused significant discomfort. I hope the resort thoroughly inspects the rooms and bedding, as this is not something guests should experience at a resort of this standard. I am mentioning it so future guests can be aware and so management can investigate the issue.

Summary: Outstanding staff and facilities, but the unexplained overnight bites seriously impacted our stay.
