2 bedroom bungalow, with 4 appliances, walk-in shower. 150 feet from the ocean and our amazing sand dunes. Two external doors lead to the deck, yard, and firepit. Just a short drive to the best beach on the Eastern Shore, Clam Harbour Beach, home of the Clam Harbour Sandcastle Festival.
Property has abundant peace and quiet and lots of natural beauty, plus wildlife and fishing. Kayak is available to use within the laneway upon request.
