Welcome to our cottage in Mount Uniacke - only minutes away from local amenities. This lakefront home is situated on Pentz Lake with a spacious backyard, swimmable dock, and a gorgeous outdoor living space with a hot tub, kayaks, outdoor seating, and BBQ. Inside enjoy a sparkling clean modern living, kitchen and dining space with a large TV, ample room to dine, and an electric fireplace. Head upstairs to find three queen suites and a full bathroom. There is a second full bathroom and laundry room on the main floor.
The space
Enter through the front door in to the open concept kitchen, dining, and living space. The kitchen is immediately to your left, and is stocked with everything you may need to cook a basic meal, including local Luckett Vineyards olive oil! Just past the kitchen is a dining space for 6, then you are taken in to the living room with a plush sectional, large TV with Netflix, and electric fireplace. There is a spacious full bathroom and laundry room on the main level as well.
Upstairs there are three queen suites as well as a full bathroom.
Off the main level is the outdoor living space with room for lounging and dining. There is a large covered hot tub, and BBQ. A few steps across the lawn you are greeted by beautiful Pentz Lake, which you can easily swim in thanks to the dock. Kayaks are also provided for your enjoyment!
