When you arrive you will be greeted with smart lock check-in at the front door of your home. If you have a vehicle you have parking right in the driveway right next to the house.
When you enter the home you will walk into open concept living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 60-inch smart TV with Disney Plus and Amazon Prime for viewing. Enjoy the large sectional couch for seating. Moving in towards the kitchen you'll see your dining table with chairs for nice home cooked meals. Moving into the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find new stainless-steel appliances with all of the cooking essentials you will need as well. When you go down the small hallway you will notice a large full-size office for remote work as well as a pull-out couch in case you need to rest up and take a break. Across from the office is the first bedroom. It is a double bed with a side table and closet. The bathroom is right there as well with large tub and nice flow shower head. The bathroom comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soaps. Plenty of towels are on site too.
Moving upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. The first offers a queen size bed with lots of pillows for comfort. Lots of closet space and portable AC unit as well
Across the hall is the third bedroom which offer two single beds perfect for extra guests with you, kids, or really anyone. Very comfortable with closet space and another AC unit.
Below the main floor you will find your laundry with washer and dryer. It is shared with the tenant that lives in the basement suite. We ask no laundry after 7pm
The back door by the kitchen offers a small porch to sit out in the summer.
The front yard is yours to enjoy with lounger chairs and a nice large oak tree providing lots of shade
