There is nothing like enjoying a cool glass of lemonade on the back deck while watching the grass grow. You hear someone in the kitchen prepping for the family bbq this evening. Laughter can be heard from the upstairs balcony as the kids read jokes to one another.
With its big back garden, outside deck and balcony off the upstairs bedroom, Mi Casa Es Su Casa is the perfect place for your family getaway. This recently renovated bright, cheery cottage sleeps 8 and has one bathroom. It has all the creature comforts you expect: split duct air conditioning to keep you cool; dishwasher so you can put the dishes in and just press start; laundry to make sure your beach towels are dry for the next day; gas bbq so you won't have to worry about running out of fuel while making dinner; and unlimited high speed internet so you can work from the cottage if you really have to.
The kitchen has lots of room to work together at the kitchen island. As the main level is open, you can chat to everyone while making meals. There is seating at the island and a dining table near the door to the deck.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms. One room has a queen bed. The second room and the third bedroom have double beds (Bedroom 3 picture needs to be updated to reflect no top single bunk). The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen bed.
The 9 minute walk to the beach is a lovely one as you get to stroll along and look at the different cottages along the way.
There are security cameras on the property. One at the front door and one on the back patio. These cameras are turned off while guests are staying. They are only there for security purposes when the property is empty.
