Summary: Front desk staff were very respectful. The first thing we noticed was that the bed didn’t look like a king size. I have one at home and this was definitely smaller, but it was amazingly comfortable There’s no where to unload your clothes, no dresser, very small room. They don’t make up your room at all. I asked if they could do a quick sweep as we have a dog and the sand from the beaches gets on the floors and have a couple of towels as the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. So they gave me a broom to keep. I swept my own floors every day. This hotel is definitely overpriced for what you get. I did pay an additional pet fee even though i was the one cleaning up. The restaurant had the best food on the island. When we arrived we found out that most places are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and the restaurant was well booked and busy. They ran out of chicken by Tuesday, and were out of Brussels and calamari the next day. The beach here is gross but there’s lots of others to choose from around the island. We stayed at the main hotel and looking at the villas, they looked much nicer but are quite expensive. Our room was right over the restaurant but when the doors were closed it was very quiet. Overall, I would not spend the money here again but would opt for a air bnb for that price where i would have a kitchen and a larger fridge.
