This main floor unit is one of two units in a heritage duplex just steps from the Jacques-Cartier river and is located within the Jacques-cartier heritage area (approximately 150 buildings).
It has a view of the beautiful historic river, which can be seen from all windows and the cozy outdoor patio. It has dedicated parking (1 parking place per unit), however, there is free city parking just across the street (you can see it from the building).

The unit is open concept and is very spacious.
The sleeping area hosts a king size bed, high quality duvet, and extra linens (pillows, comforter, throw blanket).
The dining area hosts an island table that can fit 4 guests.
The cozy living room boasts a comfortable pull-up sofa that converts to a double bed, and television with cable. It also has a small desk and an adjustable office chair (no arms) for remote work.
The kitchen is well equipped for shorter or longer stays with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee machine, dishes, knives, pots and pans, cutting boards, blender, utensils, etc.
The bathroom is a separate room with a tub and shower. Bath, hand and face towels (and for make-up), shampoo and conditioner are provided for you.
There is air conditioning (wall unit with remote).
