Sunrise and sunset views from the decks 180 degree ocean-view. Georgia strait is visible from the view. There are a few parks on walking distance. Liquor store and pipers pub 3 minutes away. Around 20 minutes from departure bay terminal. Islands biggest mall woodgrove mall is 10 minutes away. Neck point park is 5 minutes away. Departure bay beach 10 minute drive. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed. With double sink washroom, bathtub and a walk in closet. Three are three extra bedrooms on second floor. 2 bedrooms have a shared washroom. Third bedroom has on suite washroom and walk in closet. As per the city by law I will be on the third floor at the bottom. With a separate entry. House is ideal for events and parties.
