Lowrie’s Landing is a spacious property with one large cottage on the premises. It boats direct river access, with private dock, which connects to two lakes (Maple and Green Lakes) by boat or provided kayaks.
The property has 4 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a loft area with queen sized bed, one pull out couch, a crib and one bedroom also has bunk beds. As such, the house comfortably sleeps 8 adults in beds/couches and 2 children in the bunk beds and one child in the crib.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dining ware, silverware and all the necessary cooking utensils. Water from the taps is drinkable but there is a filtered water dispenser in the fridge. Fridge, dishwasher and brand new stove makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. The dining table seats 8 plus a high chair for smaller children.
The three bathrooms come equipped with two showers and one bath tub which is great for bathing younger kids. There is a hair dryer in the upstairs bathroom as well.
On your way to the dock where you can launch one or both of the provided kayaks, you will pass by the fire pit. With ample seating and wood to burn, it is a wonderful spot to unwind at the end of the day with friends and family.
There is also a boat launch a minute up the road if you would like to bring your own power boat.
At the front of the house there is a grassy area where you can enjoy a game of chipping golf balls, or cornhole. In the basement you will find an oversized Jenga set and a ping pong table for more competitive fun.
