Very private and quiet with a wide lakeside view. Beautiful big deck for watching amazing sunsets or enjoying a peaceful morning coffee listening to the loons.
Cottage comes well equipped with parking, small dock, gas BBQ, fire pit, wood, A/C, wifi, kayaks and paddleboat included. You will need to provide your own towels and bedding. Beds are Queen bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in second bedroom plus two Queen pull out sofas.
Rental is weekly from Sunday 4pm to Sunday 11am. In off season (April, May, Sept, Oct) you are welcome to inquire about shorter stays if interested.
No smoking indoors and primary renter needs to be 25 or older. No events or large parties permitted.
While waterfront area is sandy there are weeds around dock but there is a nearby beach for swimming accessible via kayak/boat.
Proximity to major centres - 50 minutes to Kingston, 90 minutes to Ottawa, 3.5 hours to Toronto and 3 hours to Montreal. Close to Toledo, Athens, Smiths Falls, Brockville and Westport.
Rates for 2021 based on weekly (Sunday-Sunday) rental: $1407/week.
