A peaceful family retreat located at the base of Blue Mountain. Over 3500sqft of living space with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, Home Theatre, amazing back patio with hot tub, games room, and 2 quiet office areas with high-speed internet.
Walk to the Blue Mountain Village where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, Plunge Aquatic Center and weekly festivals with activities for the kids. The areas best golf courses, Georgian Trail and the beautiful beaches of Georgian Bay are minutes away.
The Space
The fully stocked Chef’s Kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, 5-burner gas stove, dual convection oven, fridge with filtered water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, and large island for entertaining.
There are 2 separate living areas on the main floor. The Great Room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and home theatre. The Scotch Room is great for sharing a drink with friends, reading a book from the library or enjoying your morning coffee by the fire.
The large 2nd Floor Primary Suite comes complete with a walk-in closet, 5pc bath with rain shower and heated floor. Summary: We spent the month of Aug. in this beautiful chalet. It's comfortable, clean & well supplied. The location is perfect --close to both Blue Mt. Village & Northwinds Beach. It is also a very quiet neighborhood. Geoff, the owner, was very professional in handling our rental agreement. We would highly recommend staying here.
