Newly updated bright and private oasis located only 10 minutes away from the heart of Downtown Victoria and a 2 minute drive to UVIC. You are a few minutes drive to many of the attractions that Victoria has to offer!
Such as:
Victoria inner Harbour, The breakwater, The Empress Hotel, Parliament Buildings, Government St. shops, Chinatown, Bastion & Market square, Beacon Hill Park, Craigdarroch Castle as well as countless coffee shops/restaurants/pubs & many epicurean delights sprinkled throughout the downtown core.
Please note that Loud noise, large groups and parties is prohibited. Be aware that if there are any complains or signs of big gatherings and parties that there will be an additional $500 charge + damages.
Also around the back and downstairs is private property and not accessible for our guests.
