This cottage can sleep 6 people very comfortably. Two of the beds are double, so two more can fit if needed. Two bathrooms also help. There is an upstairs deck, great for star gazing or watching the sun set. There’s also a lower deck off the kitchen, for relaxing.
This country property has a septic system, so I kindly ask that guests use the facilities accordingly. Let this centrally located, rural property, be your crash pad for your Cape Breton vacation.
The space
This is a well cared for family cottage, with a primary suite upstairs which includes an ensuite bathroom with double shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. There is also a sitting area upstairs with walkout deck. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, both with double beds, a living room, and a second bathroom. (Living room has pullout sofa suitable for small people.)
There is an exterior extension to the house where I do laundry for the airbnb. It is accessed by its own door and I will only be there if laundry needs to be turned over.
There is a full size, eat-in kitchen with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and waffle, kettle, toaster, dish ware, etc.
Guest access
This cottage is for your private use.
There may be other cottagers on the surrounding properties, but noise has never been an issue.
Everyone is welcome to use the playhouse and beach.
There’s also is a utility addition with a separate entrance that I will need to access from time to time to do laundry.
Other things to note
This is a 5 acre property with the main cottage closer to the road, and a beach house at the water’s edge. My RV and second beach house is mid way between the two.
You can drive the short distance to the beach, or it’s only a 5minute walk down the driveway.
