The dead end road makes for very quite lake side setting, although we are not on the lake, just a short 100M walk and you will find a series of nice little public beach spots, very quiet and private. Walking distances to O'Rourke's & Intrigue wineries, before 6pm at O’Rourke’s for $40 includes a bottle of wine and wood fired pizza, great deal! Also within 5 minute drive to Gray Monk, Arrow Leaf, Ex Nihilo & 50th Parallel.
As this is a family home, guests may hear some noise during the day and early evenings as 2 young children do live upstairs, but generally things are quite peaceful and relaxing.
