Welcome to Sunny Pines Cottage! A comfortable lakefront retreat on Beech Lake. Spend summer days lounging on the floating dock or the spacious deck with multiple sitting areas. Sit by one of the fireplaces on a chilly evening or make a campfire under the starry night. This place will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Only a 2 to 2.5 hour drive from the GTA, it is a perfect getaway. Close to high quality restaurants/breweries, golf, shopping and skiing in wintertime.
Summer is the perfect time to jump in the lake from the floating dock, shallow entry at the water's edge, take the canoe out, or use the 2 kayaks or paddle boards to explore the lakes and rivers around us. We have some water toys and provide life jackets. Bring your own life jackets for babies and children as the fit must be correct for little ones. You can bring a boat to the lake if you would like. Play a round of croquet, go hiking to one of many trails in the area, there is a great lookout trail about 1.5km from the cottage. Bring your bikes, the area is great for bike enthusiasts.
