PINEVIEW is a luxurious lakefront country home on Lac Orignal/Lac Metayer. This is a beautiful, quiet spring-fed lake situated approximately 7km from Gracefield, Quebec. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake from the 3 levels of decks surrounding the home.

SPA:
Our chalet has recently undergone various upgrades to incorporate a four season spa on property. Situated just steps from the lower level you will find a UV filtered Hot Tub and 6 person barrel sauna. We kindly ask you respect the equipment and follow the maintenance documents within the chalet.

SUMMER RENTALS: Full week rentals only, Saturday to Saturday. Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 11 am.

Lakefront: Swim off the dock
Privacy: Home is situated at the end of the lake, therefore very quiet and private.
Dock/Balconies: 1 large dock and 3 levels of decks to enjoy the spectacular view of the lake. Tables and chairs provided.

Walk-out basement with a full in-law suite, 1 bedroom (Queen size bed)

3rd floor: Beautiful Living room and Games room including pool table, foosball table, dart board, large screen tv with surround sound, full bathroom, soaker jet tub, balconies all around
4th floor: Loft with Master bedroom (King sized bed) and private balcony

COTTAGE RULES
Visitors/Guests Allowed: Must be identified in rental agreement by start of rental period. Maximum capacity (10 people) must be respected at all times.
Children: Children must be supervised at all times by an adult and wear a life jacket while playing near the water.
FIREWOOD: Supplied within reason
LINENS: All towels, sheets and mats are included for your rental stay. These are washed and sanitized according to Public Health guidelines.
