The space
The house is a charming 5 bedroom three bathroom 2500 square foot mid century modern 1.5 story with a sunlight basement. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with three piece ensuite, plus two fully stocked kids bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a single. The living room hosts a huge double flue red brick chimney through the centre separating the dining and living rooms. The kitchen is stocked with all major appliances as well as many smaller kitchen appliances including an air fryer, fully automatic espresso machine, instant pot and more. Enjoy your cappuccino sitting at the bench of the large picture window looking out at Kootenay Lake.
Downstairs has a large living room with a kids library two fold out sofas, an office area as well as a small dining table. There is large bedroom with views of the lake just off the living room which has a queen bed. On the opposite side of the basement is another bedroom with a queen bed. Between the two is a three piece bathroom.
Laundry is upstairs near the master bedroom.
Upon request many baby and toddler amenities can be provided. Things like cribs, jumpers, playpens, strollers and more are available if desired.
Enjoy your days on the private beach and your evenings in the large outdoor wood fired sauna just off the back porch.
