Summary: I wouldn't classify the home as "luxury" but for our trip it wasn't priced in that category either. It was clean and everything we needed to enjoy a few days in Quebec worked as expected. I wish the exit instructions were in both English and French, but we managed to work around that too. The hot tub was a nice feature. We wanted to use the paddle boat but didn't feel it was worth the effort to empty all the rain water that had accumulated. The area was very quiet, what few neighbors exist were out of sight.I wouldn't recommend this home for light sleepers. The well pump isn't a problem during the day, but at night it only takes a toilet flush or two and the pump activates for a few minutes. We're a laid back group and it didn't really bother us, but your milage may vary.
