No smoking inside the home — $500 fee if any smoke or smoke odor is detected.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.
No unauthorized visitors at any time; only registered guests are allowed on the property without prior approval.
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests total, including children and infants.
Please book for the correct number of guests in advance.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Any damage, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or evidence of smoking/vaping, parties, or unauthorized guests will result in additional charges.
Parking – Japonica
Park only in the driveway or legal street spots in front of the home.
Do not block neighbors’ driveways or violate posted parking restrictions.
Pet Policy – Japonica
Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs, or 1 dog up to 100 lbs.
Pets must be house‑trained and included on the reservation.
Pets may not be left alone in the home unless crated.
Keep pets off all furniture and beds.
Clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors; extra cleaning/yard pickup will be charged as needed.
$100 non‑refundable pet fee per stay.
Any pet‑related damage will result in additional charges.

Standard check‑in time is 4:00 PM or later.
Standard check‑out time is by 11:00 AM.
