ATTENTION:
Our standard setup is two guests per bed. If separate beds are required for each person (beyond the standard king beds) additional linen charges will apply. A $25 per bedding fee will be added after booking and must be paid before arrival. Please notify us in advance if you need separate beds; otherwise, we will assume two adults per bed. This does not apply to bookings that have already paid extra guest fees.
GUEST ACCESS:
The patio seating with BBQ outside the unit is exclusively for this unit. It is private and not a shared space with the rest of the house.

No backyard access.
Only the studio suite plus the private outdoor dining area with BBQ is included.
Outdoor dining area with bbq is set up seasonally from April - September.
