The lower level (which can be separated) has a large media room with TV, a combined kitchen/laundry room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The dining room table can accommodate up to 10 people, and the living room includes a Smart TV, sound system and fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including gas stove.
