Welcome to the spectacular Shoal Point with wrap-around views. A pristine property located in the James Bay neighborhood with access to Fisherman Wharf out the back door. The common areas in this complex are lovely as they include a library, swimming pool, gym, hot tub, and sauna, and the outdoor area is not only beautiful but well-kept and easy to enjoy.
This unit is a 2 bedroom that has a king bed in the master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen sofa bed and another full bathroom. In-suite laundry, dining for six, BBQ on the patio with outdoor dining and seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and beautiful granite countertops.
