This Historical building was built in 1894 and was the original John Deere plant in Denver. With views of the Rocky Mountains, Mile High Stadium & The Pepsi Center all from your private balcony. Walking distance to Union Station and Coors field. Lower Downtown also features an abundance of Restaurants, Bars and Brewery's all just a few blocks away. Inside you can sit down and relax in front of the fireplace that features a 70" TV with surround sound. Master bedroom and bathroom are spacious and luxurious furnished with a king size bed and a 55" TV. Second bedroom features a queen bed. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with gourmet amenities.
