Summary: When we got to the hotel we had to wait 10 mins to check in, no one at desk. When we got to the room it was clean. Pool area was clean. At breakfast bith times there were no clean plates and the girl handling it both days seemed like she didnt know what to do, when food was out you had to wait to refill. On first day the pancake batter was thick. The other lady working seemed frustrated by the young girl working in the breakfast area and had to explain to make sure she was collecting the dirty plates to take back to wash. Check out went smooth. The visit was decent.
