Positive: -underground parking was excellent, but the entrance was quite low although the ceiling once in was high enough, unfortunately we had to take the Tule off the roof of our vehicle to ingress and egress, -access to the unit from parking was very good. -excellent view of the south village. -good location to walking access the south village.

Negative: -Unit quite old, looks like it was built in 1981 and never updated. -fireplace requires $50 purchase of 4 sticks of wood! outrageous. -we at all of our meals, dinners and breakfasts in the unit, as we always do. We get the impression we might be in the minority as the quality of the kitchen and its equipment was deficient and old, kitchen was poorly equipped, eating utensils old and unmatched (not even "student-grade") and coffee mugs were old and of varying sizes, but generally too small. Appliances were quite aged, and the dishwasher was quite old (and had exposed heating rods, now illegal)/the baking tray provided had to be cleaned by hand before it could be used for the first meal, that took 30 minutes of cleaning and scraping off the old crud before we could use it. -some of the towels were 100% polyester. One of the beds was fine, but the foam mattress in the other bed was uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. The pull out was fine, as that is a low bar to set for expectations. A place rented out at this rate needs better beds (excluding the pullout). -the 'ski in' location outside the garage was iced over an unusable, so we walked across the road to get on the hill, so not ideal, just barely ski in and out: other guests in the complex drove down to parking lot to avoid the extended walk. -"hot tub'' in the advert line is partially misleading, there is no hot tub in winter at this location (unlike many other ski locations we have used elsewhere, as many locations on the north side and south side have such hot tubs, but not this location, not clear in the listing: to put that in the listing when only in use in summer is intentionally misleading IMHO). -there are other much better locations in Mt. Tremblant, we are regular skiers on this hill, but this place needs some attention to meet expectations at this price.

Summary: Old and dated location, no hot tub for skiers, kitchen badly equipped, $50 charge for firewood!
