Summary: Staff at the réception was not very helpful. Asked if we could have the room early and she just said it is written on the site that the check in is at 16:00 specially for costumer’s that book tru Hotel.com so it’s at 16:00. She tells us that we could pay for extra time but didn’t not offer. Mattress are hard and the bed very high. She let us know couple of time that we booked tru Hotel.com
