The land is large enough to have all the privacy you want and there are 40 meters of banks along the lake, which in itself makes it a playground for everyone.
Access to the lake, a dock and a terraced space with a fire pit will allow you to take full advantage of it, in all seasons.
This lake is navigable, swimmable and extends over 5.4 kilometers.
