ATTENTION: according to Calgary STR regulations max capacity of the apartment is 4 Adults. Pets ARE NOT allowed in the building. If you arrive with pets concierge will not allow you to enter. No refund will be provided in this case. This is an ADULT ONLY residence, children are not allowed on the premises.We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an anti fraud measure.***Deposit***All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

The front door is being checked for the number of guests as well as noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have a right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoking, Simply Comfort has a right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
