Summary: Excellent location although the suite was in dire condition and needed maintenance in many aspects. Some examples…. Floors missing transitions, drywall cut out of closets and bedroom, damaged blinds, window not operational, flooring loose, stove missing controls, door knobs loose including entry door. Entire suite requires wall repairs and painting in most areas. Bathroom fan not operational
