Welcome to the beautiful Comox Peninsula! Nestled on a ½ acre in the trees, this very private, spacious and cozy home has everything you need to enjoy all that the Comox Valley has to offer. Located in the quiet community of Point Holmes, this house is only a short walk from two beautiful beaches, walking and biking trails and only a 5 min drive to the Town of Comox where you will find the Comox Marina, cute shops, restaurants, brew pubs, amazing bakeries and cafes, groceries and more!
Situated over two floors, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house has plenty of room both inside and out for families and groups to enjoy. Entrance is off the large, wrap around front deck,is perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or relaxing in the cool afternoon shade. The main floor boasts a large, cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a 65” LG Smart TV and plenty of board games. Flow right through to the bright, gourmet kitchen with plenty of room for cooking and dining. Kitchen table that can seat 6 and room for 2 at the island. Down the hall from here is the laundry room, ½ bath and finally the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and beautiful ensuite with a claw foot tub and separate shower.
From the kitchen you can access the back yard, where you will find a large, covered deck with bbq, outdoor lounging area with gas fire table and dining table. The yard has plenty of room for games and there is also a cool tree house for the kids!
Stairs leading up from the living room will take you to an open loft room, great for reading or yoga or just hanging out. The remaining two bedrooms are here, one with a queen bed and the other with a double and one twin bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and separate toilet area. Lots of windows and views of the surrounding landscape.
There is ample parking in the front of the house and room to lock up your bikes or other adventure gear.
Guests have entire and private use of the yard, front porch and back deck.
Owners live in the basement suite and will most likely be away for most of the summer. Caretaker lives in a tiny home at the front of the property.
No outside areas will be shared.
