Excellent House for a Group
A roomy suite designed for two families, conveniently located near amenities, features a private back deck with a barbecue, and is just 15 minutes away from downtown Halifax. Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, you will have access to the upper flat of the home, while the owner resides in the basement with their pet dog.
We have four bedrooms! The master bedroom has a queen and a single with their own en suite bathroom , there are two single beds across the hall and at the end end of the house you will find a queen bed and bunkbeds with its own bathroom We hope you are enjoying your visit ,

Make sure all windows and doors are locked
Please start the dishwasher or do the dishes , ideally the home should be in the same condition as you arrived besides laundry.

✓ Turn all lights, ceiling fans and portable fans off
✓ all furniture returned to original locations even patio furniture
✓ Place all garbage/recycling/paper products in garbage bin and compost in the green bin
