Dinners outside on our covered patio while also having a small lawn space for kids to play and run around. Top floor is the primary bedroom with spa like ensuite with additional two bedrooms, shared bathroom and laundry room. Main floor is the main entertaining space that is flooded with light. Downstairs you’ll enjoy the 4th large bedroom with ensuite a TV/kids playroom (with additional washroom) and an office space. With 3 levels to spread out, it is easy to make our home your home for your stay. Across the street is an amazing kids playground, tennis courts, fields and steps to Capilano dam and all the surrounding trails. We have a very tight community of neighbours, so we welcome families and renters who are looking for quiet enjoyment while exploring the North Shore, however we will quickly be informed by neighbours if more people are at the property than are supposed to or large gatherings during the day or at night are occurring and an additional fine will be incurred and asked to leave the property.
