This bright, spacious and stylish 3BR cottage has a sand beach with a kid-friendly shallow water entry. A huge cedar deck overlooks the lake to take in the daytime sun or enjoy the world famous sunsets.
Inside you will find a fully stocked cottage with all of the amenities of home and strong wifi allows you to stay connected.

The space
EVAs Lookout is a newly remodeled, bright, open concept cottage. The huge kitchen, sitting room, sunroom/dining area all overlook Lake Huron through massive wall to wall windows. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed with a 2-piece bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Double-over-Double bunk bed. The main washroom has a shower/tub.
EVAs lookout features a nice flat outdoor area for games, a deck just off the cottage for lounging with some shade, a fully contained fire pit with muskoka chairs, a sand beach area for building sandcastles and a large cedar lookout to suntan or view the incredible sunsets.
BBQ, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, sand toys, badminton net and racquets, life jackets are all here to use.

Garbage & Recycling:
Clear blue bags located under kitchen sink for recycling.
White kitchen size bags located under kitchen sink for all other garbage.
Up to 2 large black bags of garbage (also located under kitchen sink) can be left in black bin at roadside. Garbage is picked up at 7-am MONDAYS. Please place garage and recycling in roadside bin and raise flag.
