1912 – Villa Niagara was built as the premier farm homestead of Grantham district, and the coach house was built for farm help housing and vehicle storage.

Today, housing has replaced the farmland but the original home and coach house remain on one property as one of the last original farm homes of that area. The Coach House has been converted into living quarters, now containing 2 cozy one-bedroom units.

The coach house has undergone a complete renovation, and we've re-created the upper unit for your upcoming Niagara vacation. We’ve anticipated all your holiday needs by incorporating amenities important to you. New kitchen, updated bathroom, WIFI, Bell TV & multiple HD TV’s - most everything is completely new.

You’ll be conveniently central to all the desirable areas in Niagara such as Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, wineries, Port Dalhousie, and close walking distance to Lock 1 of the Welland Canal and the canal cycling trail stretching from Lake Ontario to Lake Erie.

As a guest, you'll enjoy free access to bikes and tandem kayak. Advance notice required for help with transporting kayak. (not available in winter months)

We live in the original farm home to the left of the coach house, and can assist you when required to help you make the most of your vacation.
