Relax and unwind at Dream Catcher! This spacious 3 bedroom + sleeping loft lake home offers close proximity to Geneva and several wineries on the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails.
The side entry off the parking area leads into a small foyer, with steps on the right to the second floor bedrooms. To the left is a recently remodeled kitchen, with cherry cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Hardwood floors reach across the spacious great room, with vaulted ceilings, a decorative fireplace, dining table with seating for 10, bar seating for 2-3, and a comfortable sectional sofa with double sleeper. A large flat screen, cable TV and DVD player are available to provide rainy day or evening entertainment. The great room leads out to a 16x20 lake view deck with outdoor dining furniture and gas grill for barbecuing. In the rear of the great room is a bedroom with king size bed, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
A spiral staircase leads up to the spacious loft bedroom, which is mostly private with a small opening overlooking the great room and a lake view from the west facing windows. A king bed and double sleeper sofa is provided for comfortable sleeping. Just off the loft bedroom is a brand new bathroom. The bathroom features a shower and whirlpool tub combo. Just down the hall to the left is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and full laundry. Continuing down the hall are two more bedrooms: One with a queen bed, and the other with two bunk-beds: double beds on the bottom with twin beds on top. At the end of the hall is a staircase that leads back down to the entry foyer.
The lakefront is all natural, with gradual depth making it ideal for guests of all ages! A firepit at the water is available for evening campfires, and a large permanent dock is available for fishing, sun bathing, or mooring a boat.
Dream Catcher is located close to the Seneca and Cayuga Lake Wine Trails and several fine wineries. Geneva is a 10 minute drive north, and Watkins Glen/Ithaca are about 20-30 miles away.
